Our website uses Framer's built-in analytics to understand how visitors use our site (for example, page views and traffic sources). This tool does not use cookies, and visitor data is anonymised and reset daily, meaning it cannot be used to identify you or track your activity across visits. 3. How We Use Your Data & Legal Basis

We process your data based on the following legal grounds under FADP and GDPR:

• Legitimate Business Interests: Processing your data allows us to respond to your inquiry and register you as a potential customer.

• Explicit Consent for Co-Development Outreach: If you indicate that you are open to co-developing with us, we may proactively reach out to you to explore a partnership, beyond simply responding to your initial registration.

We do not sell your data. To manage our communications and registrations, we share your data with MailerLite, our email marketing and form service provider. MailerLite is a third-party provider, which may collect and process your data using industry-standard technologies for the above-indicated purposes. MailerLite's services to us are provided by MailerLite Limited, an Irish company, ensuring a level of data protection equivalent to Swiss and EU standards. In addition to being processed by MailerLite, your data may also be accessed and stored on argentic's own devices and systems in Switzerland, for example when our team reviews or responds to your registration.

We will not retain your data longer than necessary.

• For inquiries: Data is stored for up to 12 months after our last communication, unless a business relationship is established.

• For the mailing list: Data is retained until you unsubscribe. You can opt-out at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of our emails or by contacting us directly.
